In February 2022, ST Consultores obtained the recertification for the activities of Contact with the client, Selection of personnel, Measurement of satisfaction of human capital, Management of psychological and labor reports and Management of human capital with UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) accreditation. All the processes correspond to the Human Resources and Financial-accounting area of ​​the company.

In March 2013 ST Consultores obtained the certification for the activities of Contact with the client and Selection of personnel with UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) accreditation and with OUA (Uruguayan Accreditation Body) accreditation in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard: 2008.

In March 2016, the company became the first in the country to adapt certified processes to the 2015 version of the aforementioned standard. ST Consultores successfully achieved the transition thanks to the great work and commitment of the professionals involved in the quality system and its associated processes, which are implemented in Apia BPMS.

The processes are certified every three years, so this recertification is valid until 2025. However, a follow-up audit of the Quality Management System is carried out every year.

To reach this recertification process, on February 24, officials from the Swiss multinational company SGS attended the headquarters of ST Consultores, with the aim of carrying out an external audit.
From SGS they stated that ST Consultores has as strengths the commitment of the personnel, the training and the knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard.

"In the audit they ask you to see the processes, procedures and records. In our case, the Quality Management System is implemented in Apia BPMS, which allows us to keep the records throughout the year and show the traceability of all processes", commented Carolina Chalela, in charge of Human Resources at ST Consultores.

ST Consultores plans to certify other internal processes in the future in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements, Chalela said.
